These guys are the best in the tree service industry in northeast Alabama! They just finished a large project for my senior property. They more than met their expected time frame, were so efficient it was amazing to watch them work! and cleaned up literally every limb and branch and even swept our sidewalks when they were through! Best price over all we checked out and were so kind and respectful to our residents. A mistake would be to go with any other company! See more See less
Robbie, Antonio, Chuck and Michael did an excellent job. Antonio is quite skillful with a chain saw. The others did a good job cleaning up after the tree was cut - including using the leaf blower to clean up the debris. See more See less
We had a couple of trees that needed to be trimmed and they did an excellent job! I recommend Chipper's Tree Service 100%! Seth and his crew did an amazing job at my business in Fort Payne. I had an emergency situation when three trees fell and needed to be cut/hauled away on a Sunday morning. They arrived literally at the crack of dawn, working very hard for hours, until everything was cleared/cleaned up. Seth, the owner of the company, was a genuinely nice person who really cared about my emergency situation. He was always courteous, professional, and went above and beyond what was required to make sure the job was completed on time. I was very impressed, grateful, and will definitely use Chipper's again. You should, too! See more See less
Highly recommend Chippers Tree Service. I had a big pine tree hanging over the house and right next to the power lines. The crew worked fast. Was respectful when my wife had to leave the house. They stopped cutting and made sure was in the safety zone before returning to work. They went some extra steps and blew pine straw off the roof and was very good add getting all the limbs and sticks removed from the yard. Also took care of the stump removal which was one less thing I had didn’t have think about getting after they were done. See more See less

Needed a large tree removed that was extremely close to my house and fences. They dropped it piece-by-piece with surgical precision. i hired Chipper's to remove a tree that my son shattered in a wreck on personal property. I have also used him many times before and have referred him to my neighbor and many others. Mr. Seth Dodd takes his business serious and personally. i asked him just to dump the tree anywhere on my sons farm as long as it wasn't in the driveway. Mr. Dodd and his crew didn't dump it, they literally stacked it so nicely and neatly that i was in awe. also he done some additional work for the lady whose trees had damage from my sons wreck. Mr. Dodd and his crew are respectful, responsive, and extremely fair and cheaper than anyone else. They take pride in their jobs, and leave the area so clean and pristine you can't tell anything was ever done unless you choose to not have the stump removed. In todays world so many are quick to make an easy dollar and then complain or many pay and then complain. I choose to praise those who deserve it and Mr. Dodd most certainly deserves it. for anyone needing tree service done, i highly recommend them and would only trust Chippers. You'll be amaxed and extremely happy with their service and their kindness! See more See less
Outstanding work. As usual, called around for service, Seth was the first one to return my call. Showed up within an hour. Discussed options for several trees to come down. We highly recommend Chipper's Tree Service! My dad tried to get quotes for his trees from a few places, but no one he contacted would ever show up to give him an estimate. I had run across Chipper's page while scrolling through FB, one day, and decided to give them a call. Seth responded quickly to my message and was out within a couple of days to give us an estimate. The price was fair, and best of all, they actually SHOWED UP as promised. The guys were super friendly, very professional, and they had the work done and the yards completely cleaned up in less than 2 weeks. We couldn't be more pleased with their work and will definitely contact them again for any tree work we need done. See more See less

They did such a great job clearing out two of my biggest trees. I definitely recommend them. See more See less
Seth Dodd and his entire crew are extremely professional and passionate about the work they do. I’ve used Seth’s business several times, and referred him to my neighbors, bc he’s the only one I trust to do a thorough job and do it at great prices. I highly recommend Dodd’s Tree Service for small and big jobs, as I’ve had them do both. See more See less
We recently had a large limb fall from a huge partially hollow oak tree. We had Chipper's Tree Service cut the tree down. It was a dangerous task because of the unperdictability of the tree. They were well prepared with the right equipment to do the task efficiently and safely. In addition, they had the appropriate insurance for the job. One of my personal pet peeves is working with contractors who don't do what they say they will do and when they say they will do the job. Chipper's definitely does not fall in that category. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend them for any tree disposal issues and would use them again if the need arises. See more See less
This company just finished a job for my senior property. They did amazing work, cleaned up every single limb, even swept our sidewalks when they were done and were so kind and respectful to our residents. Very professional! Their rates were much much better than other company's we checked out. If you don't use Chippers Tree Service, you're definitely not getting the best bang for your buck! See more See less

I had Chippers cut down one dead tree that was close to my shed and next to my concrete drive on a wooded lot. They took the tree down without hurting the concrete or the shed. I also had a tree stump that was about 6feet tall that my dad had carved a bear and racoon on. The cut the stump and saved both the bear and raccoon. They did a great job of loading everything up and hauling off the debris plus the made the extra effort of cleaning up after the work was completed. I highly recommend Chippers tree service. Chippers tree service is top notch. They came and took care of trees that I had high concerns on. At the last moment when their schedule was full they came and resolved that concern. Very professional and was very clean in making my yard debris free. Thanks to all of you, you are my go to for trees service. God bless See more See less

Just WOW! We called on a Saturday afternoon, the Foreman met us on the side of state highway. He gave me a price on the spot to remove and haul away 2 large trees and 4 small ones. We agreed with a handshake. The work required them to set up on the highway, so two flagmen, a dump truck, bucket truck and a skidder. They showed up Wednesday morning and was gone by 11:00am. 30 days later I got a invoice for the handshake price. I plan to use them to clear the 1/4 mile driveway. See more See less

They did an excellent job going over the risk of freestanding pines, trimming up a large tree, and taking down a large tree for us! Very open and honest in communication during the process. Definitely would use them again in the future! See more See less
A plus rating on removal and clean-up of tree in scary location for removal, very close to and between house, propane gas tank, and other trees on my property. Service was very courteous, quick and outstanding! Would make a photo but nothing to see – no debris – only the stump. THANK YOU, Chipper’s guys, from a grateful customer! See more See less
Seth and his team have been instrumental in operating a property in Fort Payne. I work for a property management company that has used Seth for numerous projects. He has been on budget, on time, and always on call anytime we have needed help with trees. I can’t imagine there is a better tree company in Alabama, and maybe even the whole southeast region (as our company operates in several states). Seth has been one of the most thorough and trustworthy vendors we have worked with. I highly recommend Seth and the team at Chippers! See more See less
Service was top notch. Came gave me a quote for the work. Described what would happen with details. Then gave me a timeline of when it would happen. Great service and priced. Highly recommended. See more See less
